Wild Jam 26 is over! Congratulations to the winners, you definitely deserved it!
My game made #22, which is a lot lower than I hoped for, but with me having to rush it out days before the due date, I can't say I didn't expect it. I don't think I'll be continuing with this game after the jam, it just didn't end up speaking to me, but I decided to do a post-jam balance pass to make it beatable.
Here's what I did:
- Reduced the map size by half
- Fixed a hunger bug that made movement cost double (woops!)
- Increased max energy and sleeping gains
- Made fire spread slower
If you played the game before during the jam and you really want to beat it, download the new version. I guarantee you'll reach the water no problem.
