Version 0.2

This version remakes how mods are loaded. Now only one folder can be designated as a 'mod folder' but it will check for new mods each time you load the program. It also recursively checks inner-folders as well. Basically should work better now if you set your mod folder to the workshop.

Also attempts to default the mod folder to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\335620\ but only if this is the first time you've loaded the program.
